MyRepublic - Agent Rewards App

I worked with MyRepublic to brainstorm and ideate a rewards app to motivate their sales agents in churning out more broadband sales for their company. I began my design process by conducting a thorough analysis of the user needs and business requirements. This laid the foundation for a comprehensive information architecture that prioritizes simplicity and user-centricity. Feedback loops with potential users and stakeholders played a pivotal role in fine-tuning the design to address specific pain points and enhance overall usability.
Through intuitive dashboards and real-time performance tracking, agents can readily visualize their achievements, fostering a sense of accomplishment and progress. The incorporation of personalized incentives and rewards, tied to sales milestones, provides tangible recognition for their hard work. Moreover, the app promotes healthy competition among agents through leaderboards, sparking a collective drive to excel. Regular updates and positive reinforcement notifications create a supportive environment, reinforcing the value of each agent's contribution.
Sales agents are able to track their individual as well as their group sales performance.
Sales agents can view their monthly earning statements and check how well they did throughout the month.
Points are rewarded based on their sales figures, which they can use to redeem gifts from the app.
Sales agents can achieve daily, weekly and even monthly goals and receive in-app badges and accolades, which are converted to tangible rewards.
