Maxi-Cash - E-commerce Superapp

As the lead designer for the Maxi-Cash super app, I orchestrated the creation of a user-friendly platform that seamlessly handles installment payments, integrates e-commerce functionalities, and allows users to effortlessly redeem coupons and points. My design approach prioritized simplicity and ease of use, providing a cohesive experience for Maxi-Cash customers engaging in diverse transactions.
I collaborated with developers and payment gateway providers to ensure the seamless flow of the Maxi-Cash super app. Together, we integrated payment processes for installment payments, e-commerce, and coupon/points redemption, guaranteeing a smooth user experience. This collaboration highlighted my commitment to delivering a reliable and streamlined app.
App user can shop for goods, make installment payments, redeem coupons, and also earn points for their next purchase.
Their e-commerce shop is integrated inside the app, and the checkout flow is designed end-to-end, from checkout to delivery fulfilment.
Customers that have purchased jewellery from maxi-cash shops can pay their installments through the app, and can be informed of any upcoming or outstanding payments.
The app is also able to post company-wide announcements, or even deals and offers.
The content within the app is managed by Maxi-Cash's own proprietary Content Management System, which was also designed by me.
